Job Description:HR Assistant Our client are a global business with a multi million turnover. Currently they employ more that 500 people in Leicestershire. Due to a recent restructure an experienced HR Assistant is required to assist with the following duties: Preparing contracts for new starters Amending contracts are required for current employees of the business Assist in the investigation & administration of various subject areas such as: -Grievance -Appraisals & Pay reviews -Paternity & Maternity -Absence Management -Leavers following absence from work The ideal candidate will also be required to deal with any queries from senior management from UK sites and overseas -Producing memos, letters, forms, spreadsheets etc -Liaising with external agencies and bodies (for example recruitment agencies) -Assisting with payroll with any queries -General administrative upkeep of department Candidates must be CIPD part qualified or qualified to be considered for this role.
